Our Services
The African American Pastor’s Coalition has ministries
chaired by Coalition Vice President for the purpose of strategic planning for
each of the functional areas of the Coalition.
1. Economic Development Ministry focuses on
promoting quality and affordable housing, influences positive economic
development and ensuring that minority participation requirements are being met
and are at appropriate levels, in our communities.
2. Educational Development shall promote
educational values to our member churches and the community at large, advocate
for students and/or our educational institutions and bridge involvement of our
member churches to our local school districts.
3. Outreach and Public Relations Ministry serves
public relations resource for member churches to communicate more effectively
with their congregations through tools such as simplified announcements, flyers
and promotions; the Outreach and Public Relations Ministry shall also recruit
members and research the ongoing needs of member organizations; and the
Ministry shall direct all public relations activities for AAPC with outside
consultants or from within the AAPC network.
